  • In the Toshimaen area, new entertainment facilities have been established and momentum has been built to disseminate the appeal of the area. On the other hand, there has been a problem of insufficient dissemination of the appeal of the area to visitors and local residents, and poor mobility.
  • SEIBU RAILWAY Co.,Ltd. (Smart City’s Field & Infrastructure Provider) would like to expand the means of communicating information to promote mobilities in areas along the railway line so that more people would visit the city starting from the area along the railway line because mobility around the railway line were limited.

"Smart Service" details

  • INFORICH INC. is a startup that offers a mobile battery sharing service"ChargeSPOT®".
  • Digital signage accompanying "ChargeSPOT" is installed at facilities along Seibu Railway lines. Utilizing the system as a local media that conveys the appeal of the region, we are working with local companies to distribute town-tour content to encourage area visitors to travel around the area.
