Background to Implementation

issues and needs of the area and Tokyo

  • From the perspective of households with children (beneficiaries), they visit facilities on the assumption that there are spaces available to care for infants, such as diaper changing facilities and nursing facilities, but if such spaces are not available in old facilities, they are in serious trouble.
  • TOKYO DOME CORPORATION. (Smart City’s Field & Infrastructure Provider) would like to reduce the burden on visitors with children as part of its efforts to improve the environment so that all visitors can use the facilities.
  • Odakyu SC Development Co., Ltd. [SHINJUKU MYLORD](Smart City’s Field & Infrastructure Provider) would like to lower the barriers to using facilities so that customers with children could also visit the facilities, and to introduce a service that would improve the satisfaction of customers using commercial facilities along the line.
